Experience & Education

I am a healthcare professional with a strong foundation in both medical and mental health disciplines. My career began as a Registered Nurse, with clinical experience in pediatrics and medical-surgical care. Over time, my dedication to understanding the emotional aspects of healing led me to pursue advanced studies in psychology and mental health, eventually working in private practice with adults.

Recognizing the profound impact of grief on overall well-being, especially during the pandemic, I chose to deepen my expertise in this area. I completed a 10-month intensive training program with David Kessler who is an internationally recognized grief expert, author, and educator. This advanced study provided comprehensive insight into grief theory, loss, and compassionate support strategies, which now inform my professional approach to helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult transitions.

With a unique combination of medical knowledge, psychological insight, and specialized grief training, I am committed to providing informed, compassionate care that addresses the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
